1.Relatively Low Internal Friction and Heat Generation
Because the rolling elements and raceways have point contact, the internal heat generation of the bearing is relatively low. If the bearing has seals, the frictional heat generated by the seals must be considered during operation.

Deep groove ball bearings have spherical rolling elements. Compared to roller bearings, their rolling element mass is relatively small, resulting in lower centrifugal force at high speeds. Furthermore, commonly used stamped steel or nylon cages offer good strength. Therefore, deep groove ball bearings have a high mechanical limiting speed capacity. Correspondingly, due to relatively less heat generation, their thermal reference speed capacity is also relatively high.
Application under vibration conditions: Deep groove ball bearings are prone to damage to the raceway and rolling elements under vibration conditions. Therefore, deep groove bearings will face certain challenges under vibration conditions.
