We complete most installations within few minutes, depending on the model and site conditions.
How many staff abroad you sent to install the product?
For overseas projects, we dispatch 1–3 experienced service engineers—including a project manager and certified technicians—to ensure smooth, on-site commissioning
Can you send your staff to install the product for us?
Absolutely—our dedicated field service team handles installation, commissioning, and operator training anywhere you need
You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?
We set clear, mutually agreed sales targets within our distribution agreements to align goals and incentivize performance
Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?
Yes, upon request we can act as a consolidated payment hub—receiving your funds and issuing payments to third-party suppliers under transparent terms.
Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
Certainly. We frequently coordinate consolidated shipments to optimize freight costs and simplify customs clearance
When will you leave your factory and to have your Spring Festival holidays?
Our factory will close during Chinese spring festival.Normally, it is on the middle of February (public holidays), we also have team on duty to resume full operations during holidays.
Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?
Yes—our products are engineered and tested for reliable performance in high temperatures (up to 300 °C) with proper site preparation .
Can your products be installed under cold weather?
Absolutely—our products (insulation, low-temperature grease) are available to ensure flawless operation down to –40 °C.
Do you have office in YUYAO or Ningbo that I can visit?
Yes—we maintain regional sales and service offices in both YUYAO and Ningbo for local demonstrations and rapid support (addresses available on request).
Can you send your staff to install the product for us?

Can I only buy some spare parts from you?
Certainly—we offer full spare-parts support, including critical wear items and consumables, with no requirement to purchase a complete system.
Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
We can supply sample parts for evaluation—free of charge for standard items (shipping costs apply).
Will you attend the fair to show your products?
Yes—we exhibit at major bearing fairs&transportation fairs&automative fairs&motorcycle parts fairs&industry fairs&agriculture fairs worldwide.
Can you send your product to my warehouse in Guangzhou?
Absolutely—we ship DAP/FOB to your Guangzhou warehouse and handle customs clearance as needed.
How long it takes you to provide the designing options for us?
We deliver initial concept drawings within 1–3 business days based on your specifications.
What is your product standardization?
All products conform to ISO 9001 quality and IATF16949:2016 quality management.
How do you pack the product?
We use heavy-duty plywood crates and wooden box, interior cushioning, and moisture-barrier films, plus custom skids for forklift access.

Yes.If you don’t known the product installation,We can let our engineer to guide you with a comprehensive, step-by-step installation instruction, plus video tutorials.

We welcome OEM or ODM partnerships, offering private-label solutions and co-branding options.
What is your term of payment?
Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T), but we can discuss L/C or escrow for large orders.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 1 complete unit to accommodate pilot projects and trials.
